We start term two tomorrow 24 January 2013. We will start by revisiting some core knowledge and skills around colour. See the RESOURCES page opposite "Colour Theory Exercises (Week One) for more information and things you can try after the lesson in your own time.
In week two we will move on to our first project which, topically perhaps(!), will be Winter Scenes/Snow followed by three further projects on: unusual perspectives in urban industrial landscapes; a fresh take on that ever useful workhorse genre, the still-life.
We will finish with a major project on a large format with subjects chosen by each learner. We will start our research into our final projects in week 2 leading up to week 8 when we will be ready to start the final project.
There will no breaks this term. We will work during February half term and our last class will be on 28 March 2013.
