We start the classes again on Thursday this week (2nd May) at our new venue, Chowdene Children's Centre on Waverley Road, Harlow Green. The course dates are:
All classes are on Thursdays, 10am-12noon unless otherwise agreed.
Dates: May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd (There is no class on May 30th and June 6th); June 13th, 20th, 27th; July 4th, 11th, 18th. As this is quite a late date to finish we can discuss dates and class times to perhaps finish earlier in July if the majority need that option.
Course Projects (List to be discussed in week one)
Projects 1&2 last 2 weeks each. Projects 3&4 last 3 weeks each.
Project one: "Exotic Mini-Beasts." (Devil is the detail!)
Project two: "Other cultures." (Plus some technical practice)
Project Three: "Painted, Textured Grounds." (With own choice subject).
Project Four: "Creating a Scene." (A composite picture on A2 or bigger paper. Images and story-lines or themes are up to each learner to decide. Start research in the two week gap May 30th-June 6th.)
